Guangzhou Darling Industrial Limited, founded in 1992,is a high-tech enterprise which design, manufacture and sell image acquisition products and is the first company in China to embed the camera module into the mobile phone. Darling, with registered capital of 50.68 millions RMB is listed in "ChinaIPO" from Jan 2016.

In June 2004, the company invested multiple ten millions RMB to build Darling industrial park in eastern area of Guangzhou economic and technology development zone. The industrial park land size is 27,958 square meters. In addition to the headquarter in Guangzhou, Darling set up subsidiaries in Taiwan, Hongkong and the branches office in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao, Xiamen etc..
